Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
The ceremony and reception are both in the same location! When you RSVP, you will receive the address to the venue through email.
Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm sharp. Please plan to arrive between 4:00pm-4:30pm to allow you enough time to get settled in. If you end up arriving after 5:00pm, please wait until the groom, bride, and bridal party have made their entrances and the ceremony has officially began before entering quietly.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Our wedding attire is semi-formal/cocktail with a mountain summer vibe, so think semi-formal with a relaxed feel - cocktail dresses, midi/maxi dresses, dress shirts & slacks, suits, etc. Our colors are light yellow and shades of green, so citrus tones and warm, sunny hues are highly encouraged!

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will be indoors.

Are there recommended hotels nearby?
Answer
The venue is about a 45 min-1 hour drive from Denver. Our venue provides a stay for our guests! We have access to 12 cabins that are walking distance from the venue if you are interested in travel accommodations. We have these cabins the night before the wedding and the night of as well (July 29th-30th). If you are interested in the cabins, please reach out to the bride or groom for more information.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
When you RSVP, you will receive the address to the venue. Please make sure you look up directions prior to traveling. There is a possibility you will lose signal on the road leading up to the venue, so it's recommended you know how to fully get there before.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited space, only guests formally listed on your invitation will be able to attend.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Is the bar open or cash bar?

We'll be providing an open bar for the wedding - come ready to celebrate!

Will dinner be served?
Answer
Yes! Dinner will be served during the reception. We'll be serving a buffet-style dinner with options for a variety of dietary preferences.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us. We will have a photographer to capture all the special moments!

Where are you registered?
Answer
We're lucky to have a home full of things we love, so we will not be registering anywhere! Your presence is truly enough for us!

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by July 1, 2026 so we are able to finalize details with our vendors. You can RSVP directly through the tab on our website. Please reach out if you have any issues or questions!

What if I miss the deadline?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will assume you are unable to attend. We understand life gets busy, so please contact us as soon as possible if the deadline is missed!

Will there be an after-party?

Yes! The celebration will continue after the reception with drinks and music in the cabins!
