Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you kindly RSVP by March 31st. If we don’t receive your RSVP by the date specified, we cannot make any exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘not attending’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. We appreciate you understanding.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to take this as a date night and we appreciate you making prior arrangements.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! In staying with our wedding theme, we kindly ask all guests to wear formal black attire. This excludes the bridal party only. We hope you’ll love this personal touch as much as we do!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. The doors will open at 4:30 PM and will close at the start of the ceremony. Please arrive at least 15 prior to the ceremony to give yourself plenty of time to park and find a seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, this will be an alcohol and smoke free event. Non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Where are you registered?

Answer

Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that some of you would like to know about a physical gift. Right here on the wedding website is the easiest way to access all our registries in one place. As far as individual stores go, we are registered at the following: Crate & Barrel, Williams Sonoma, West Elm and Amazon.

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP ‘no’, so we can plan accordingly.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors in a mostly shaded garden and the reception will take place indoors.
