We’re Getting Married!

For those of you who have known Tage and Becca for a long time, its been no secret the feelings between them before they started dating. Their families have been friends for the past 10 plus years, keeping all of the kids close as well. Both of them were best friends since freshman year of High School and hung out in the same church friend group almost every week. They both liked each other throughout High School till fast forward about 3 years where they FINALLY went out on thier first date to Starbucks in Grass Valley and shared their feelings for each other. And the rest is history! Tage and Becca had almost 3 lovely years of their dating relationship before Tage popped the question!

Early sunday morning, Mother’s Day and last sunday before Tage had to go to his next duty station in Virginia, he planned to pop the question at their favorite breakfast restraurant in Auburn. Sadly, it wasn’t open on sundays, which both Becca and Tage clrealy didn’t know, but Tage couldn’t wait another day so he decided to drop the ring off at Katrina’s restraurant near their home church and go pick Becca up for breakfast. As soon as they pulled into the parking lot, they saw how packed it was. However, Tage kept his cool the whole time and got them a seat fast. Little did Becca know that it was because he was planning on asking her to marry him. They went throughout the whole breakfast, when the waitress came behind Becca saying “dessert on the house” carrying a plate with the ring sitting in the middle. Becca immedietly started crying as Tage got down on one knee and asked her to marry him where through the tears she said “Yes!” This was such a sweet proposal for the both of them because of the rich history of going out to different breakfast places with each other since early High School dating days. They couldn’t be more excited or ready for this next big step together and are so thankful for everyone who is able to come!
