A friend introduced Josh and Tagashia to each other. That same day they all went to the mall. Tagashia didn’t seem interested in Josh, so after that day there wasn’t too much communication. 2 weeks later, their friend was leaving for college, so Josh came with his friend to see Tagashia before he left for school. Tagashia then asked Josh why he wasn't communicating with her anymore. Josh stated it was because he felt Tagashia wasn’t interested in him. Tagashia then proceeded to talk on the phone with Josh the rest of that night. The next day she told Josh he was her boyfriend. They have been together ever since!
It was March 6 2017, after a good night of partying. Tagashia had to get up to go to the doctors for a annual physical. Of course Tagashia wanted to tag me along with her, but I just sat in the car while she was in her doctor appointment. 45mins to a hour went by and she walked out and it looked like she had been crying. Mind you one of our friends was in the car and she handed me a envelope and told me to read it! I started to read it and busted out crying and our friend was looking at both of us crazy. We proceeded to drop our friend off to work. After dropping him off, we both talked. We were so excited. Our first born, Aubrey, decided to make her grand entrance on November 10, 2017 @11:35 pm, 6lb 13 ounce.
It was late November, 2017. Josh and I decided it was time to move out of my father's, Mr. Tracy's house. This was the first big move for us. We had found a nice, two bedroom and 1 1/2 bath in Mt. Airy. It was exciting to have our own place.
It was January of 2019, nice cold winter and myself and Tagashia, decided that it was time to move into a bigger place. A bigger place for our 2 dogs, 3 gold fish and One year old. We found this nice house, 3 bedroom and 1 1/2 bathroom and unfinished basement with a big back yard for our family. We were excited to have our own place to raise our kids in.
It was January 29, 2019, a typical day. I had went to school and then picked up Aubrey from my dad's house. Myself and Aubrey was watching tv up front, after I had just got done doing her hair. Josh had called Aubrey to the back for 30 mins, it seemed. Aubrey walks up front with a small box in her hand and handed it to me and said "Look Mommy!". I looked in the box and there was Josh in front of me on one knee. I couldn't even focus on what he was saying. I just started bawling, crying and said "Yes!"
After a long spring and summer of vacations and parties, we decided it was time to get married. We decided we did not want a big wedding. So, we both contacted our immediate families and informed them we was getting married next week on a Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019. Of course, everyone was excited for us but only a small group knew. On September 5, we got married with our families and close friends in attendance at Justice of the Peace in Covington, Ky. Afterwards, we met our friends at Moerlein Lager House. We partied the rest of the night.
July 4th, 2020, Tagashia's family was celebrating the holiday with us. Everybody was having a great time. Tagashia was not feeling well at all. She was nauseated, vomiting and she knew something wasn't right. So she decide to take not one, but three pregnancy tests and they all came back positive. After 25 lbs down and Phenergan pump later, Baby B made his grand entrance March 11, 2021 at 11:59 pm, 8lb 11 ounces.
We finally decided that we need to move to a home closer to both families. We found this two story, three bedroom, 1 bath house in College Hill. We were 15 minutes from Tagashia's dad's house and 5 minutes away from Josh's mom's house.
One month after just getting over Covid, I still felt horrible. I was nauseous, vomiting and losing weight rapidly. I had convinced myself I had covid again. My best friend Desarae thought it would be fun to play around with pregnancy test. So we took a nice trip to Walgreens and bought 3 pregnancy tests. We thought Desarae's test was going to come back positive but no, it was my test that came back positive! I fell to the floor and started to cry. I was not ready for a third baby. I cried for three days after. After 60 pounds down , NJ tube, picc line and Phenergan pump, Chase made his grand entrance with no pushing on September 10, 2022 at @952am, 8 lb and 5 ounce. I cried tears, but tears of happiness.
