Booking transportation to resort: Each guest will be responsible for booking the transportation (reservations staying 4 nights or more) service a minimum of two weeks in advance via e-mail with complete guest and flight information transfercancun@palaceresorts.com or through the following Transfer Site:https://transfers.palaceresorts.com/ If guests are traveling together they can book the transportation together by sending the email with flight confirmation numbers and names for each guest to the email listed above.

Things needed to travel into Jamaica

-Do not forget your passports! Friendly reminder if your passport is expiring 6 months prior to travel it is suggested that you renew it before your flight. -Below is the website you will need to use to fill out the entry form for Jamaica. This is required by Jamaican government, it is super quick to fill out and free. -When traveling bring with you a printed copy of your Jamaican country entry form and all booking confirmation paperwork from the resort -Check with whatever airline you are flying with for rules and regulations they have for international flights. We want to see all of your lovely faces and will be saddened if we miss you due to missed flights.
