Iyahna Charmaine Smith

Maid of Honor

S E L F L E S S is a great word to start for my wonderful Maid of Honor we met at Howard University, a connection only the Lord could make. She gave her life to the lord and was set on fire for Jesus, serving him and others faithfully. I love Yahn because we have so much fun together, if there was a highlight reel of our friendship you would see dancing, singing, and a multitude of LOL moments. Yahni Bo has been such a trustworthy beautiful friend that has always given the realest advice and has helped me in my most lowest moments. I failed to mention that she is also a servant for the lord as a full time campus minister and will be an amazing pastor at some point.

Reginald Young III

Best Man

Amanda Rochelle Lopez

Bridesmaid

This is another one of my original Elementary school friends, 6th grade to be exact. Amanda has taught me so much about friendship through the years, she has been there for me in more ways than one. Firstly, she has been there to truly witness how God became the center of my world she has helped my grandmother with going back to school to complete her BA when I was away at school, and even went to spend time with my Papa multiple times. She is FUN and loving and has only wanted the best for me, always encouraging me no matter how crazy or amazing the dream I had was.

Tyrelle Morton

Groomsman

Valerie Uti-Van Tinen

Bridesmaid

Valerie aka Uti's is my dear friend from elementary, middle school, and high school! Utis was one of the two friends homes I was able to go over (during the day lol), when I became her friend I also befriended her amazing Samoan/Tongan family. We have spent most of our friendship laughing, dancing , and lots of singing. Thank you for standing with me on my special day!

Deandre Gordon

Groomsman

Danielle Enebrad

Bridesmaid

Dan is one friend I could never think of loosing, her friendship is directly correlated to my relationship with God. Funny enough God had already laid a few bread crumbs regarding our relationship through us cheer-leading together for the Ceres Falcons and dancing on our highschool dance team IMPULSE. I never knew two years after highschool God would bring us back together but would bring her as a true helper in keeping me focused on Christ. Dan I love you, no matter how far we are from one another our friendship cannot die out, I know its something God put together.

Stacy Apugo

Bridesmaid

This is one of my first friends I received at Howard University, she is so In love with Jesus I had to be friends with her! We were so hungry for more of the Lord and were determined not to fall at HU, so we began our search for a church immediately. Every week we would talk about churches we wanted to visit and what we were looking for spiritually, and we found it. Not only is she so in love with the Lord but Stacy also works for Exxon Mobile and is extremely intelligent. Her friendship means something deeply to me, as she was with me during one of the toughest times as a christian and I only received the most highest encouragement, I love you Stac.

Adriana Baymon

Bridesmaid

This story is way to long for these 800 Characters (lol) but, I met Adriana at a Student Government Conference in Washington DC in 2011. From that week we clicked and hung out off and on and then continued our friendship from a far, she lived in MA I lived in CA. We kept our friendship going for 9 years, she even came to my graduation at Howard University after not seeing each other in person from 2011! That shows you what type of intentional, sweet friend Adriana has continued to be. We connected through our love for Arabic (she is fluent!) , being career women, and Jesus Freaks. I am so blessed the lord brought you into my life and has allowed our friendship to flourish and even allow our spouses to connect , I cant wait for us all to do ministry together.

Dominique Charles

Bridesmaid

Dominique and I met at The House Modesto in Ceres, CA. We not only served at our churches cafe (Hebrews Cafe) but additionally did youth ministry together and are always real with one another concerning our lives and how we need to live like Jesus. She is also in full time ministry and loves to serve God on the mission field and in her local community.
