Our story begins in the year 2010, our freshmen year at the University of West Georgia. My very first walk through campus I ran into Bobby walking around with his teammate. I always said every person I met on that night became long life friends and now here we are! Although nothing came of that night I would always run into Bobby here and there and he would always play around and steal my ID card whenever we saw each other in the Z! The summer of 2011 sparked the flame with a twitter conversation that I still have saved in my phone and from there we grew to know and love each other. We became best friends and no matter the nature of our relationship during the years we were always there for each other!

2020 - 2021 was a pivotal time in our relationship and of course BOOM here comes the pandemic! However we did not let that stop us. We were flourishing in our careers, moving, and celebrating with friends and family all while growing and building a life together. In August, about a week after Tripp's bday party we traveled to Conyers to visit our friends. I remember Bobby saying he wanted to do something to celebrate before we headed back to Texas and he told me not to worry about the planning and that he would take care of it. Now, I know Bobby Liggins Jr. and he would definitely ask for my opinion on things but this time he just kept telling me to relax. While this is going on my best friend Raven invited me to a website launch party for our friend and it was supposed to be on the rooftop at her sister's apartment complex. In my mind, I'm trying to figure out the details for the outing that Bobby wanted to plan but I just let it go and went with the flow. They told me to dress as if we were going to a lounge after the launch party because we weren't going to stay that long so you know I was poppin per usual lol I stepped out of Randy's jeep once we get to the rooftop. I see a rose pedal on the ground and I hear music but I thought that was a part of the launch party lol As I get closer Raven runs off and I'm thinking to myself "girl I don't know these people come back" and as I get closer I realize I hear the song "Angel" the Lalah Hathaway version. When I look to the left all eyes were on me!! I just could not believe it! I was weak in the knees because I was not expecting this to be one of the most important moments of my life but it was happening! He got down on one knee in front of our family and friends who traveled from different places and I SAID YES!!! He did good lol and well now.. we are HERE!
