FYI- Beach Badges

Answer

Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, LBI has people (usually a teenage lifeguard) going down the beach to check for "beach badges". Technically you need one per person but they arent always strict on that and you may get lucky and be in the water when they stop by. Most rental places and some hotels offer them so make sure to ask about them! If you plan on going to the beach let us know in advance and we can try and get some for you! Will there be a shuttle to Hotel LBI the day of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! The shuttle will be available to take guests to the ceremony and to bring them home from the reception. The shuttle can only run from The Mainland Hotel to/from Hotel LBI.

Where and when are the bride/groom going on their honeymoon?

Answer

We are going to Hawaii!!! Leaving Sept 8th so if you stay for Labor Day let us know because we will be on the beach!!!

Will i be able to see the bride/groom before the wedding?

Yes, we will be having welcome drinks on Saturday evening at The Boatyard! See schedule for details!

Will I be able to see the bride and groom after the wedding?

Answer

Since the next day is Labor Day, we are aiming to hang at the beach. All are welcome to join!

How will traffic be?

Answer

Since it is a holiday weekend, expect to hit a bit of traffic heading onto the island. There is only one bridge that lets you on LBI

Parking for the Wedding

Self parking and Valet is available at Hotel LBI. Self parking is also available at The Mainland Hotel.
