What days will Matthew and Lauren be staying at the resort?

Answer

We will be staying at The Finest Playa Mujeres from Monday, November 1st through Monday, November 8th, 2021.

Question

Does it matter how long I stay?

Answer

No! Please feel free to stay as long as you want! Arrive and depart as you wish! However, The resort does require three nights to receive the discounted rate.

Question

Do I have to bring a gift?

Answer

We are just excited all our closest family and friends are able to come celebrate with us in paradise! Please don’t feel obligated to get us a gift. Your presence at our wedding will be enough! :)

Can I cancel my reservation for the hotel if something comes up?

Answer

YES! If you make a reservation you can cancel it up till seven days before your reservation begins without any additional fees.

Question

Can I modify my existing reservation??

Answer

Yes! If you make a reservation and then decide you want to treat yourself and upgrade to a different suite or change the days you are arriving or departing you can do that! Any changes need to be done BEFORE September 1st to still get the wedding rate!

Will the hotel charge me in full when I make the reservation?

Answer

Nope! You can make a reservation at any point and the hotel will not charge your card until 30 days prior to arrive.

Answer

If you have a existing reservation for our old date, you can call to cancel it and make a new reservation for the new date November 4th 2021. The new promo code is:LTWNOV21FPM

Transportation?

Answer

The company the resort uses for their airport transfers is Seasons tours. Please contact seasons at Transfers@seasonstours.com to book transportation from the airport to the resort. You are welcome to use any transportation service you want but most room reservations also include free transfer with Seasons tours.
