For those of you traveling to Lynchburg, we are excited to share some of our favorite places that are a part of our story with you!

Things To Do

This was the first stop on what we call our "half-date," Jake thought it was a date, and Lexi thought it wasn't since Jake never used the term date until after.

The Muse Coffee Company

We went for walks here after church. This is where Jake told Lexi he would pursue her until the Lord or she told him to stop. Six months later, Jake proposed to Lexi in one of the fields. She said yes!

Poplar Forest

It is a sweet little breakfast place Jake and Lexi went to before work. We recommend getting outside seating!

My Dog Duke's Diner

We spent much time here talking, laughing, reading, and studying. Jake recommends the sandwiches, and Lexi recommends the snacks!

Trading Post

If you have the time, we recommend picking up a coffee, taking this scenic drive, and parking to admire the views and talk. If it gets too hot, drive back to the coffee shop and talk. This was Jake and Lexi's half-date.
