Question

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! For your convenience, a block of rooms have been reserved at the World Golf Village Renaissance hotel in St Augustine, Florida. Find the booking link in the travel section of the website! The last day to book with the special rate will be September 25, 2025. We don’t want you to miss out on securing a room, so we kindly suggest you make your reservations early to ensure a comfortable stay!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle buses will be available to transport guests from World Golf Village Renaissance Resort to the venue before the ceremony and back to the hotel at the end of the night. Since the venue can be difficult to get Ubers from late at night, we highly recommend taking the shuttle. If you're not planning on staying at the hotel, we suggest Ubering to or parking at the hotel and riding the shuttle to ensure a smooth and stress-free evening.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue for guests who choose to drive. However, please note that there is a fee for any vehicles left overnight. For everyone’s safety, we strongly recommend using the hotel shuttles if you plan on drinking.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. If you are planning to use the shuttle from the hotel, please be sure to arrive at the hotel by 3:30pm as the last shuttle will leave at 3:45pm to ensure everyone is on time to the wedding venue. If you are planning to drive yourself to the event, please be sure to arrive by 4:00pm to leave plenty of time to park, enter the venue, and find a seat. Due to venue layout, the driveway leading to the ceremony and parking area will be closed at 4:20pm and there will be no entry until after the ceremony has ended.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults only celebration. We want all of our guests to relax, enjoy themselves, and celebrate with us—plus, the venue has open water, horses, and bonfires, making it less than ideal for children. That being said, we kindly ask that you only bring those formally invited on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the night off as we can’t wait to party with you!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we kindly ask guests to wear cocktail attire. We'd love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We kindly ask that you avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, or creams. Please note that the ceremony will take place on grass, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We kindly request that you enjoy this special moment presently with us and leave all cell phones or cameras in your purse or pocket during the ceremony. We have hired an awesome team of photographers to capture every detail of the wedding and we will, of course, share those photos with you afterwards! After the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage you to snap away!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. If that is the case, please ensure that you RSVP for both yourself and your guest. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of rain, we have a rain plan in place to ensure everything goes smoothly. Fingers crossed for beautiful weather!

Question

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will be marked as "no." We will miss celebrating with you, however, we have to provide final guest counts to vendors within the time frame they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! You can find our registry under the 'Registry' section of our wedding website. Thank you for your love and support as we begin this next chapter!

Question

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

The closest and largest airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX). If you’re looking for alternatives, Daytona Beach International Airport is an option, though it’s further away and will require a drive. St. Augustine Airport may also have some flight options, particularly through airlines like Avelo and Breeze.

Question
