Question

How do I RSVP to the wedding, and when is it due?

Answer

Invitations will be mailed in May 2024. The response deadline will be provided in the invitation. No RSVP's are required to view the wedding virtually. Please see the Schedule page on this website for the viewing link.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony time and location will be provided as we get closer to the wedding date. A great rule of thumb is to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony starts time to get a great seat! Please try to be on time! There will be a brief hold for guest seating during the wedding party and bridal processional, and late guests will be discretely escorted to their seats following the bride's entrance.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Who should I notify about my food allergies and dietary restrictions?

Where do I park at the venue?

Answer

Park in the main parking lot at the venue. Please keep in mind that there will be short distances from the ceremony site to the reception site, and comfortable dress shoes are recommended. For those who will need mobility assistance, please contact our wedding planner at hello@heartscontentevents.com.

Can I take pictures during the wedding and post them on social media?

Answer

Respectfully, we ask that you put away your cameras and electronic devices during the ceremony so that you can be fully present with us as we exchange our vows. That being said, feel free to make lots of pictures during the cocktail hour and reception!
