How We Met

12/22/2019

We began talking online while he was sick so we chose to message back and forth for a while and ended up falling in love before we even saw each other in real life. When the time came for us to meet he picked me up at the house and we headed out. He was so nervous he couldn't talk right away while we sipped our coffees. *Apparently this has never happened to him before*. After some time talking and hanging out we took off for downtown. We ended up at the Pavilion and this is where we admired the lights until our first kiss was shared. From there the rest is history!

Our First Christmas

12/25/2020

Twas the first year of our love and the first few months of us living together had gone great. We started buying gifts very early in the middle of summer and that might of been our first mistake. She realized how impatient he was when he convinced her to let him open multiple gifts. he realized how stubborn she was when it took every ounce of my efforts to get him gifts. When Christmas finally hit it was the first time in a long time he had been so in love for Christmas

The Proposal

May 1st, 2021

Twas the day of the proposal and Tabitha had no idea what was going on. I planned a date day for the both of us and we went to Fujiyamas in Liberty Lake. The night was full of laughter and love. I fell in love all over again. After our bellys were full and our smiles were bright, we drove over to Lake Couer D'alene to walk the coast of the water. We landed in the halfway point of the beach walk and sat upon a log. I put my jacket down on a nearby fallen log and had her sit. I sat next to her and we talked for a little bit. I then had her close her eyes and told her to use her other senses and tell me how peaceful it is and what she hears. While I got into position she explained how peaceful and beautiful the sounds were and giggled at the actions she was performing. I asked her to open her eyes and there I was one knee in the sand with the ring box in my hands. I then said her favorite words..."Tabitha Skinner, will you make me the happiest grizzly bear in the world". Tears filled her eyes immediately and she couldn't say yes quick enough.
