Tyler and I were celebrating our 2 year anniversary by going to where we had our first date. The first year when we went, we got seated in the same booth; so what are the chances it would happen again, right? Well, I didn't know this at the time but Tyler had driven up days before to point out the exact booth for us to be in, I was shocked; especially since this date ALMOST DIDN'T HAPPEN. I had been sick for a few days before, and was finally on the mend, but had almost postponed our dinner plans! After dinner Tyler asked if we could go for a walk, having just been sick I, of course, made things difficult by not wanting to go. What I was unaware of, is that we had family waiting down by the fountains so he could propose! He finally got me to the fountains when he hit a knee, through my tears and laughter I could vaguely see a group of people and could hear clapping. I had just turned to Tyler to ask who they were, when I see my mom sprinting across the street crying. It was an absolutely perfect day, and I am so thankful Tyler convinced me not to wear sweatpants.
