FAQs

Question

Are kids welcomed?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, due to limited space we are unable to have children in attendance unless noted on your invitation.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the limited space of the venue and seating, we cannot do plus ones. Only those our invites are addressed to.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual. It's an outdoor venue and we have backyard reception theme. Please dress comfortable but dressy. Some examples: Women: sundresses, lightweight separates and flats or wedge heels for the outdoor ceremony on the lawn. Men: light dress shirt with khaki or other lightweight slacks; jackets and ties optional."

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is free parking along 5th avenue. There is also additional parking in the lot just to the south of The Teapot.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered. We have decided to have a honeymoon fund since we have already combined households and belongings. https://www.zola.com/wedding/tabithaandrobert2024/registry

Question

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Alcoholic beverages (beer and wine) will be hosted until the pre-paid tab runs out, at which point it will become a cash bar (remember to tip your bartender!).

Question

What is for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a taco truck. Meat choices will be beef, pork and chicken with a salsa bar as well as rice and beans.

Question

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception are being held at The Teapot in downtown Phoenix. The Teapot is located at 818 N 5th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003. The ceremony will be held in the front lawn and will start at 4:30 P.M. The reception will follow immediately after in the back garden. The wedding party will take pictures for an hour following the ceremony. During this time, snacks and refreshments will be offered directly inside.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend guest show up at 4:15 p.m.
