We first met on a friend’s farm. Josh and our friend's dad were trapping partners, but the real beginning of our story started with a prank call. I left a message about a hamburger I never got, and Josh thought it was someone else. Instead of hanging up, he called back and asked if I wanted to go grab a cheeseburger. That spontaneous, silly invitation turned into our first date at Pizza Ranch and a movie night watching Old Dogs, and just like that, something clicked. Fifteen years later, we’re still choosing each other every day. We love playing frisbee golf, taking road trips, trying new restaurants we’ve never heard of, and looking back on all the little moments that have made our love and life what it is today. From trapping adventures to late-night drives, from laughter to quiet nights (loud if you consider our dogs) at home, every step of this journey has been better because we’ve taken it together. Our story isn’t just about how we met. It’s about the life we’ve built, full of love, laughter, and adventure. We feel so lucky to have found each other, and we can’t wait to keep writing the next chapters side by side.
