FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 31st. Due to venue and catering deadlines, any guest who has not RSVP'd by this date will be marked as not attending and unfortunately will not be able to attend.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are doing a honeymoon fund instead of a traditional registry. You can donate to it directly under the Registry section of our website. Our Venmo information will also be available at the wedding, and we will have a space designated for cards.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive no later than 4:00 PM to allow time to be seated. The ceremony will not be interrupted for late arrivals. Guests who arrive after it has begun will not be admitted to the venue and will be required to wait in the parking lot until it concludes.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to look polished while still feeling comfortable. Our dress code is dressy casual - something between everyday wear and formal attire. For women, this could include a sundress, midi dress, or a nice blouse paired with a skirt or dressy pants. For men, a button-down shirt or polo with khakis or dress pants works perfectly. Blazers and ties are welcome but not required. Kindly avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream, as well as burgundy, so the bride and bridal party can stand out. Please avoid overly casual items, such as jeans, flip-flops, or athletic wear.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

To keep our celebration intimate, plus-ones are limited to those in established relationships (married, engaged, or long-term partners). Thank you for respecting our guest list.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Children in the wedding party and immediate family will be in attendance. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones, cameras, and other electronic devices during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in this special moment with us while our photographer captures the memories.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will take place indoors with access to an outdoor patio, so you can enjoy both settings throughout the evening.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. The ceremony and reception will be held in the same building and there is a parking lot directly outside.

Question

Will the reception have a bar?

Answer

We'll have an open bar for our guests to enjoy! While drinks are on us, cash tips for the bartender are appreciated.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our reception will feature a pre-selected menu. Although we've tried to include a variety of options, we may not be able to accommodate all dietary restrictions or allergies. If you have specific concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us - we're happy to provide more information about the meal.
