Welcome to Hilton Head Island! We invite our out of town family and friends to meet and greet at our favorite beach spot. The welcome party will be held at an oceanfront covered pavilion. Children are welcome! Come and enjoy a catered event with plenty of food, beer, wine, water and soft drink. There will be a children's buffet included. For those arriving to the island early, please join us at this welcome event!

Ceremony

Cocktail attire
Wedding guests will be transported by Golf Carts to the ceremony on the 18th fairway of the Sea Pines Club Course. The ceremony will be short and meaningful. Ladies, please consider grass friendly footwear.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Wedding guests will be transported back to the Country Club by Golf cart for a poolside cocktail hour. Some guests may prefer to stretch their legs for the 4 minute short walk. The bride and groom will join soon after a brief photo session.
Reception

Wedding guests are invited to the reception where they can enjoy an upscale multi-station buffet, open bar, music, photos, and dancing. For parents of young children there will be a professional child care team available on site in a nearby room to care for your children (if you choose). There will be food, games, movies, nap time and whatever else is needed.
