Vegas Warm-Up Meet-Up (Totally Optional)
If you’re free the night before the wedding, we’ll be casually hanging out at the Caesars Palace Lobby Bar, located to the right of the front desk, for anyone who wants to stop by, grab a drink, and say hello before the big day. No schedule, no pressure, and absolutely not mandatory — just an easy chance to catch up before wedding festivities begin. We’re also happy to help point you in the right direction for the ceremony or answer any last-minute questions. Feel free to join, or save your energy for the main event. Either way, we’ll see you at the wedding!
10:00 am - 11:30 am
Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.
Seating begins at 10:15 AM. Please allow approximately 15 minutes to travel from the lobby to the ceremony location. Follow the signs to the pool. The ceremony will begin promptly at 10:30 AM. Please join us for a upscale barbecue-style reception following the ceremony!
1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Polished Summer Attire / Pool-Ready Think elevated summer barbecue—stylish, comfortable, and well put-together. Guests are welcome to bring swimwear and a cover-up if they’d like to swim, or come dressed for a chic poolside reception.
Following the ceremony, guests will have time to change before arriving at the reception. The reception will be a 4th of July pool party with upscale barbecue vibes—comfortable and relaxed, yet polished. Swim, lounge poolside, or celebrate with us however you’d like.
11:00 am - 6:00 pm
Swimwear
The day after the wedding, we’re keeping the celebration going at the Palm Tree Beach Day Club. We’ve got a cabana with access to a private pool, plus drinks and food covered. If you’re around and up for it, come hang out, kick back by the pool, and vibe to some great music. The cost per person will be $100. No pressure at all—just a fun, easy way to keep the weekend going.
