Move in day Junior Year, Trixie said to her sister, "What if I have a cute neighbor, and we end up dating??" Little did she know that she WOULD have a cute neighbor, and they WOULD end up dating and spending the rest of their lives together, cue Jacob. After a drunken late night, Trixie and her roommate headed next door to see if the cool, fraternity guys wanted to hang. When they knocked on the door, Jacob hesitantly opened it heeding a warning that he had to work early and couldn't hang at the moment. The girls wouldn't take no for an answer, and they all ended up hanging out for a couple of hours. After this first encounter, Trixie and Jacob would periodically run into each other outside of their apartments. These random occurrences (which Jacob later informed Trixie were in fact not random) soon turned into purposeful hang outs that resulted in them becoming great friends. During the summer after they met, they both stayed back in San Marcos to work (the town was pretty much empty at this point). They would meet up after work and spend Trixie's tips on beer and SkeeBall. After spending countless hours together throughout the summer and realizing they were perfectly imperfect together, their best friendship evolved into a relationship, and the rest is history.
