We are having an unplugged ceremony without phones, cameras, or tablets, and we respectfully ask that our guests honor our request. We hired our amazing photographer, Ellen, who will capture everything during the ceremony and we will happily share those photos with you once we get them. However, once our reception begins, feel free to take all the photos and videos your heart desires!
We will only accommodate guests who are formally invited to our wedding. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of our website.
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. If your child’s name is not included on the invitation or RSVP, we kindly ask that they stay home.
Outdoors! The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will all be outdoors, weather permitting. Should there be any weather-related issues or change of plans, we will address those closer to the time of the wedding.
If you received an invitation to our rehearsal dinner, please wear semi-formal attire. For the welcome party, please wear semi-formal attire. Our wedding is black tie optional. Men, please wear a tuxedo or suit. Women, please wear a long formal dress. Additionally, you will be walking in grass, so please keep this in mind when choosing your shoes!
We will have a valet service on site that will greet everyone and park their cars at a different location on the property.
No. As LSU alumni, we understand how important LSU football is to all of us. However, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding day screen-free so that we can all be fully present together as we celebrate our special day. We kindly ask that you join us in putting devices away and focus on the joy, laughter, and memories we’re creating together on our special day. Trust us, you won’t want to miss a moment of the celebration we have planned! LSU football will always be there, but our wedding day with all of our favorite people only happens once.
