When will the ceremony and reception begin?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 1:10pm on the Pavilion grounds outdoors After the ceremony concludes, there will be a cocktail hour and photoshoot Guests are to be seated by 4 and the reception will begin at 4:30

What should I wear?

Answer

Our theme is medieval fantasy so period pieces and whimsy are encouraged! You may be inspired by fantasy literature and come dressed as a hobbit or perhaps an elf, or go the historical route and don your finest 14th century kirtle and tunic. Or anything in between! For all others, please come in semi-formal attire The ceremony will be held outside, so grass appropriate shoes are recommended

We would like to keep our guests as close family and friends. Please check in during registry for additional guests!

What are the food and drink options?

Answer

Our dinner will be buffet style with various options provided We will have alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available Vegetarian dishes will also be optional

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking may only be done in the designated parking lot and not on Pavilion grounds

Are kids welcome?

Kids are welcome! Please don’t forget to RSVP your little ones However, the venue does not have a fence, so please keep track of your children at all times

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There are 64 available parking spots available for our guests We recommend families carpool together If there is no parking left by the Pavilion, you may park next to the pool across the street.
