Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

Kindly note that our ceremony will be an unplugged event. We invite you to be fully present and engage with us in this special moment. In order to preserve the intimacy of the occasion, all phones must be stored away for the duration of the ceremony. We will be sure to share the highlights of our day with you afterward.

What shoes can I wear?

Answer

Please note that flip flops and sneakers are not permitted. Gentlemen: Please wear dress shoes. Ladies: Heels or flats are appropriate.

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?

Answer

Out of respect for the bride, do not wear white, cream, ivory, black, or red to the event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating together.

Answer

The wedding will be held in Fredericksburg, Texas. The exact address will be provided on the invitations.

Answer

Your invitation will indicate the number of seats reserved in your honor.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be personalized and will indicate the names of any children invited. However, we encourage you to consider this evening as a special opportunity for a 'night out' and enjoy the celebration on your own.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under a cover, while the reception will take place indoors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking for the ceremony is available next to the reception hall. Signs will be posted, and officers will be on hand to direct traffic at the venue.

How will I get home/ to my hotel?

Answer

Should you plan to drink, we highly recommend using UBER or Lyft for transportation. Please be aware that overnight parking at the venue will not be permitted. We care about your safety and kindly ask that you plan ahead to ensure a safe journey home. Please do not drive under the influence.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Fredericksburg has an array of nice hotels, however we have secured hotel blocks at a few. Please visit our travel page for more information.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

Please be sure to contact Zachary or Sabrina at your earliest convenience regarding any dietary restrictions. As the bride also has food allergies, gluten-free and sugar free options will be available for every meal.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

An open bar will be available for a limited time during the event. Following this, the bar will transition to a ticketed cash bar. We kindly encourage guests to bring cash for any additional purchases. Please note that all funds collected will be contributed to a honeymoon fund for the newlyweds.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

If you wish to honor us with a gift, we have created a registry with a few items, as well as a cash fund, that would help us as we begin this new chapter in our lives.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, should you wish to bring a gift, a gift table will be provided for your convenience.
