What time should I arrive at the venue?

The ceremony will start promptly at 3pm and be short and sweet! Please do not arrive prior to 2:30pm.

Dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal attire-- think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits or dress shirts with slacks. Please keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting, so plan accordingly! In the evening, we also have a fire pit for guests to enjoy during the reception, so bring a layer if you'd like to stay cozy!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a large parking lot available for guests. However, they prefer that no cars be left overnight. To make things easier, we also have a shuttle available from the hotel, so you can enjoy the night without worrying about driving. Check out our transportation details in the next question.

Is there transportation available?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be available to transport guests. It will pick up from the Courtyard Southington at 2:30pm to bring everyone to the venue. After the reception, the shuttle will make two return trips: - Around 9:00pm, it will bring guests back to the Courtyard Southington-- or, for those who want to keep the celebration going, it will continue on to Witchdoctor Brewing for the after-party. - At midnight, the shuttle will make a final trip from Witchdoctor Brewing back to the hotel. This way, whether you're ready to call it a night or want to keep the party going, we've got you covered!
