Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:00 PM. Please arrive no later than 3:45 PM. The doors will close at 3:55 PM. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed into the ceremony. You will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the cocktail hour! Thank you for your understanding!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
The dress code is semi formal/black tie optional. We recommend suit (sport coats and slacks are welcome) and tie & cocktail dresses. No jeans please! Please refrain from wearing a white, beige, cream and gold!

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel & venue?
Answer
Yes! Steven and I want everyone to enjoy themselves and enjoy our open bar! We will have 2 shuttles that will be going back and forth from the hotel to the venue. Departure times will be provided to you in your hotel welcome bags!

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?
Answer
All of my beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a gold/sand color. Please refrain from wearing a similar color so they can stand out!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting our ceremony will be outside, and reception will be inside! Given that our date is November 30th, if the temperature is going to be too cold we will move the ceremony inside! However, please plan and dress accordingly for an outside 30 minute ceremony!

How does seating work?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. Although we would love for everyone to be on the dance floor, at the reception, we will be having seating arrangements. Please look for our seating chart in the foyer to find your table number!

Is there parking on site?

Yes, there will be parking on site with easy access to the venue!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately our wedding is kid free. We regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift to?
Answer
The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to gift us something our registry tab is located at the top of our website!
