When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP no later than October 10. Any RSVPs that are not received by the deadline will be updated to “will not attend.”

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the venue by 3:30 pm to ensure you have ample time to park, mingle, and get seated. Late guests will be asked to wait in the cocktail hour area.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes, we ask that guests dress in cocktail attire. Ladies: Floor length or midi dresses. Gentleman: Suits and ties.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we ask that you do not bring a guest unless specified on your invitation.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we will miss them, we are having a child-free night! We hope you are still able to join us for this special day and we look forward to celebrating with you.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Yes, please state your allergies and any other dietary restrictions when sending your RSVP.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there is ample parking immediately surrounding the venue. You may leave your car at the venue overnight, if needed. Cars must be removed from the parking lot by 12:00 p.m. latest on the 15th.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We’ve reserved a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn in Annapolis, Maryland. Please refer to the travel section of this site for more details and additional lodging options. Note: Book your accommodations as soon as possible if you plan to stay in the area. If none of the recommended hotels are a good fit for you, there are countless beach homes close to the venue listed on Airbnb and Vrbo.

What is the closest airport?
Answer
Both DCA and BWI are about one hour away from the wedding venue. However, BWI is about 10 minutes closer to the recommended hotel.
Question
Is there a shuttle to bring guests to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes, a shuttle will be available for guests staying at the Hilton Garden Inn - Annapolis Downtown. The shuttle will depart from the hotel lobby at 3:00 pm and leave the reception at 9:30 pm.
