Yes! The bride and groom ask that all guests be wearing their brightest spring colors, florals, and smiles. Gentlemen are not required to wear long sleeves and women are encouraged to wear light colors and flowing dresses. We want our guests to be casual and comfortable so please dress for warm weather.
The ceremony will take place outside and the reception inside. The ceremony site is located in an outside amphitheater and fans will be provided. The reception area is inside a ballroom and is air conditioned.
Yes. The reception area does have wheelchair access as well as the ceremony site.
Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our closest family and friends. At this time, we are not extending plus ones. If your partner is invited, their name is included on your invitation.
Parking is at the main lot near the entrance to the park and the walk to the ceremony site is 5-10 minutes. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so guests should arrive at 4pm in order to secure their seat.
From the main entrance to the park there will be signs directing guests to the ceremony site. Once the ceremony is finished guests will be directed to the reception site by Silver Springs staff.
Yes there will! Silver Springs staff will give directions on where to go when the ceremony is over. This is a great opportunity for guests to explore the park and see what beautiful sites Silver Springs has to offer! During this time the Bridal party will be taking photos and will come join everyone at the reception.
During the ceremony we have decided to be "unplugged". We have a very talented photographer and videographer to capture the memories so you can enjoy the ceremony in the moment; however, we encourage photos and videos o be taken throughout the reception.
