Blink is one of Symantha's favorite things that happens every other year in Cincinnati. It will be Thursday-Sunday night where parts of Cincinnati, Newport and Covington will be illuminated with lights and have hundreds of art instillations. BLINK® illuminated by ArtsWave, is the nation’s largest public light and art event.
