This is a loose schedule
4:00 PM – Guest Arrival & Seating
Doors open at 4:00 PM. Please arrive early to allow time for seating.
4:30 PM – Ceremony
Doors will close promptly at 4:30 PM to maintain the intimacy of our indoor ceremony. We kindly ask all guests to be seated before this time, as late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the ceremony begins.
5:00 PM – Reception Begins
Immediately following the ceremony, guests will proceed to the reception area for cocktail hour.
5:15 PM – Hot Chocolate Hour
Enjoy light refreshments such as Apple Cider and Hot Chocolate. This is a dry wedding
6:00 PM – Parent Dances, & Dinner, Toasts
Join us for dinner and a few special toasts to the happy couple.
7:30 PM – Cake Cutting & Dancing
Dessert will be served as we kick off the dancing and celebration.
8:30 - 9:00 PM – Farewell Send-Off
Help us send Sylvia and Ashton off with love as they begin their journey together!
