The ceremony will begin at 2:00 pm we ask you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the event.
We are having a colourful wedding! So any colour is allowed. We hope guests refrain from wearing black (exception for suits) Please dress in formal wedding attire, keeping in mind that it will be August, but we will be in a air conditioned room. We want our guests to be comfortable and ready to have fun!
Our ceremony is expected to be done between 2:30pm - 3:00pm. We want to get photos with everyone so no one is missed! So we plan for the hour between to take photos and visit. Anyone is free to leave after their photo is taken, and can arrive at the reception when it opens at 4:00 pm.
Our wedding ceremony will be held outside as well as photos, but it will only be for 1-2 hours. Our reception will be held indoors.
Our ceremony and reception are in two different locations, about a 9 minute drive from one another. There is a parking lot where our ceremony is being held. As well as a parking lot at our reception, the hotel asks you park in the furthest parking lot if you do not have a room booked for the hotel. As well as if you plan to leave your car over night.
We are keeping our wedding intimate, please refer to your RSVP to see who is included in your invitation.
We love your children, but our wedding is adults only.

We ask for the ceremony that everyone be present and phone free. At the reception photos and videos are welcome (make sure you share them with the bride!)
