What is the dress code?

Answer

Attire is dressy western chic: elevated denim and sport coats for men, and midi, satin, or elevated western-inspired dresses for women.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can click the RSVP tab above and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!

Am I able to bring a date?

Answer

Due to a limited budget, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "Your Name" and "Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. If you would like to request a plus one, please contact Syler or Raney. Thank you for your understanding!

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending," but find that you will not make it, please notify Syler or Raney as soon as you are aware.

Is this a kid friendly wedding?

Answer

Absolutely! Our wedding will be kid-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome children to celebrate with us. We can’t wait to share the day with the whole family.

Are there any colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the Bride: Whites, Ivories, and Creams. A recommended color palette will be included with your formal invite.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier and it will give you time to park, get a beverage, and find your seat.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "Unplugged" ceremony, no phones or cameras in use until the reception. The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside, and our reception will be indoors. Keep in mind we will be in typical hot August weather and at elevation.

How can I contribute to your honeymoon fund?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, we have a registry tab on our website and a card can be dropped in the card box at the reception.

I would like to purchase a gift from your registry. Where should I send it?

Answer

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We will be serving beer and wine at the reception, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. This is not an unlimited bar and each guest will be given a limited number of alcoholic drink tickets.

Where should we stay?

Answer

Our venue is located in Crawford, CO. We have decided not to do a hotel block to give our guest the freedom to stay at a place that is most comfortable for them! Hotchkiss, Delta, and Paonia are all beautiful and are about 30-45 minutes from the venue.
