Where is the wedding located?

Our wedding will take place at White’s Ferry Manor in Leesburg, Virginia. The full address and directions will be included on the formal invitation.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Answer

Yes. Both our ceremony and reception will take place at White’s Ferry Manor in Leesburg, Virginia, so guests will be able to enjoy the entire celebration in one location.

What time does the wedding start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. We ask that guest arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

When will formal invitations be sent?

Answer

Formal invitations with RSVP details will be sent about three months before the wedding. Please make sure your mailing address is up to date so you don’t miss it!

Will there be food and drinks?

Yes! Food and drinks will be served during the cocktail hour and reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We know some of our guests will be traveling with a spouse, partner, or children. When RSVPs open later this year, please be sure to include everyone in your party when responding so we can plan accordingly.

Yes! Children are welcome to celebrate with us. If you are bringing your children please be sure to include them when completing your RSVP so we can plan seating and meals accordingly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Formal / Black Tie Optional. Think elegant and elevated attire such as: Women: • Floor-length gowns • Formal cocktail dresses or attire • Dressy heels or sandals Men: • Tuxedo (optional) • Dark suit and tie or button up and slacks We kindly encourage guests to wear neutral or muted tones (black, brown, green, etc.) to complement the wedding aesthetic.

Is there parking available?

Yes, parking will be available at the venue. Additional details will be provided with the formal invitation.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

For guests traveling by air, we recommend flying into Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is the closest airport to Leesburg, Virginia. Another option is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), which is also convenient but about 45–60 minutes from the venue depending on traffic. From either airport, guests can reach the venue by rental car, Uber, or Lyft.
