Street parking is available on Sunset Street, 10th Street, and Beckley street. Please take any spot you can find. Do not park in the Cliff Baptist Temple lot, they will tow you.

Ceremony seating expectations

The first two rows on either side are reserved for wedding party members, other than that you may sit where you please.

What should I wear?
Answer
The event is formal but not traditional. Our color palette is centered on Fall colors, but all colors are welcome. The ceremony will be outside, next a lake in mid-October. Bet on cooler weather. Since the ceremony is outside, please take the bug spray and allergy precautions appropriate for yourself. As this venue is a Historic Site, all glitter, sequins, and small plastic decorations are banned. These are venue rules

When Should I arrive?

Please arrive at the venue between 3:00-3:45 pm. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm and we will be asking guests to find their seats at 3:50 pm.

What if I’m late?
Answer
We still want you to join us. If you arrive late, please grab a seat at the back of the congregation or stand on the terrace and observe the proceedings.

Phone and Picture policy
Answer
We will have a professional photographer and videographer. We ask that during the ceremony your cell phones are silent and out of sight. Please spend your time enjoying this special moment with us. During the reception, you are welcome to take photos as you will.

Am I invited to the reception?
Answer
Yes! Everyone is invited. The Ceremony and the reception are happening at the same venue and we have procured lots of food and drink for everyone to celebrate with us.

What kind of reception is it?
Answer
There will be a sit-down dinner, served buffet style An open bar that lasts from 4:30-6:30pm and a cash bar from 6:30-7:30 There will be speeches and toasts from the parents Cupcakes! We will end with a concert. During the concert, we encourage guests to move around and socialize.
