Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

We love all of the children in our lives! However, due to the nature (literally) of our venue we will not be having children attend. We want you to be able to spend the night out with us celebrating!

What's the parking situation?

Answer

Please pull in to the Martiny's BBQ/ 23 Drive Thru: 5810 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035 Drive straight back towards the 23 Drive Thru, and you will see signs to the right to park for the Dempsey Event Center. Follow the wooden path to the venue! Do NOT type in the Dempsey Event Center into GPS. Please use the address above.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! Please enjoy cocktail hour and games provided in between sessions.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Enjoy some refreshments on the bride and groom. We will have a full bar, as well as non-alcoholic drinks. While it is not necessary, please consider bringing money for tipping the bartender(s). Please drink responsibly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests dress in semi-formal wear. We understand it may be hot, so dress comfortably. Please no jeans, shorts, or t-shirts. Think “garden party!”

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests should be seated by 4:20pm, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.
