Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 30, 2024 to assist us in planning for our celebration! Guests who haven't RSVPed by April 30th will be regrettably assumed as unable to attend. If a named guest is unable to join, we ask that you refrain from substituting their presence with someone else. Please RSVP "yes" only for the named individuals who can attend and "no" for those who cannot. This helps us ensure an accurate guest list and a memorable celebration for everyone involved. Thank you for your prompt response!

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. For men, we suggest a button-up suit; a tie is optional. Women can opt for a chic cocktail dress that falls just above the knee or longer for an elegant touch.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We cherish sharing our special day intimately with our dearest friends and family. To maintain this intimate atmosphere, we kindly request that only those specifically named on the invitation attend the wedding. If a named guest is unable to join, we ask that you refrain from substituting their presence with someone else. Please RSVP "yes" only for the named individuals who can attend and "no" for those who cannot. This helps us ensure an accurate guest list and a memorable celebration for everyone involved.

Question

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We respectfully ask for an adults-only reception during the wedding. Yet, we're excited to welcome kids at our events on Thursday and Saturday. For details on these kid-friendly gatherings, please check the Schedule of Events tab.

Question

Do you all have a registry?

Answer

As we embark on this incredible journey together, we've decided to forego a traditional registry in favor of a 'New Beginnings Fund.' We believe that experiences and building a life together are the most valuable gifts of all. Your contribution to our 'New Beginnings Fund' will help us create lasting memories, pursue our dreams, and build a strong foundation for our future. Whether it's a romantic getaway, cooking classes, or saving for our first home together, your support means the world to us. Please see the Registry Tab for more information on how to contribute to our New Beginnings Fund.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

It's only street and garage parking near the venue. Your hotel may offer overnight parking. To help minimize parking costs, we suggest using these parking apps: Park Chicago: Ideal for street parking, allowing payments either through the app or at kiosks SpotHero Parking: This app offers discounted rates for parking garages. Without the app, expect around $35 for 3 hours; however, with SpotHero, you can pay $20 or less for approximately 8 hours. However, if your hotel is nearby we recommend you Uber to reduce parking cost.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we do. Please refer to the Travel tab for additional information on hotels and airbnb recommendations.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes, of course! There will be a beach party on the 4th and a block party on the 6th. Please refer to the Schedule of Events tab for detailed information about each event.
