Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes! Because the wedding is taking place in Mexico, all guests traveling internationally will need a valid passport. Please make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.

When should I book my room?

Answer

We recommend booking your room as soon as possible. We have provided details for our room block, as well as our travel agent who is assisting with all bookings. Please note that rooms are first come, first served based on availability to secure our group rate within the block. January is a peak travel season in Cancun, so booking early will ensure the best selection and pricing. Final payments are due September 10th, 2026, for those who did not book travel insurance.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Airport transportation is provided for guests who book through our room block. Transportation details, including scheduled pickup times, will be shared closer to the wedding date. The resort is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the airport, making travel quick and easy for everyone.

Is this an adults-only wedding?

Answer

Yes, while we adore children, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event. Children are welcome to enjoy the beautiful Dreams Natura Resort & Spa during your vacation, but our ceremony and reception are reserved for adult guests. This will allow everyone to relax and fully enjoy an unforgettable evening in paradise. We appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring a date?

We would love to celebrate with everyone, but our guest list is limited. Only guests listed on the invitation are able to attend. If you have been given a plus-one, it will be indicated when you RSVP.

What should I wear?

Answer

Think beach formal, light fabrics and comfortable shoes. The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. (Pastels preferred)
