Do we need to Book Our Own Room at Habitas?
Answer
Thursday - Sunday you do not need to book your own rooms at Habitas. Colin and I will be sending out detailed emails outlining the cost of the rooms. Here are some important details to keep in mind: There is a 3-night minimum stay requirement on the property, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience and create lasting memories together. Each room includes a complimentary breakfast every morning, ensuring a delicious start to each day of our gathering. As an added bonus, guests will receive a 15% discount on restaurant and spa services, allowing you to indulge and unwind during your stay. Clean drinking water will be provided in every room, and each accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, king-size beds (please reach out if you need extra bed or would like 2 separate beds, and private bathroom.

Given the laid-back vibe of Tulum and the unique setting of our event venue nestled in the jungle with its own private beach and pool deck, we want everyone to feel comfortable and free to enjoy every moment to the fullest. With that in mind, we kindly suggest opting for attire that is both stylish and comfortable, allowing you to move with ease and embrace the relaxed atmosphere. Casual vibe but elevated :) Here are a few tips to keep in mind when choosing your outfits: Leave the high heels at home! The terrain in Tulum can be uneven, and we want everyone to navigate the venue safely and comfortably. Opt for flat sandals, wedges, or block heels. Embrace the Boho vibe! Think flowy silhouettes, lightweight fabrics like linen, and breezy styles that capture the essence of Tulum's laid-back charm. Boho-inspired dresses, maxi skirts, linen pants, and airy blouses are all great options. Don't forget the details! Accessorize your outfit with statement jewelry, woven straw hats, sunglasses, and other bohemian-inspired accents to add a touch of personality and flair to your look. How do I get around Tulum?

Transportation: Habitas Resort is conveniently located just a 5-minute taxi ride away from the main beach strip, making it easy to explore everything that Tulum has to offer. Taxis are readily available, and the resort also provides bikes for those who prefer to explore on two wheels. While getting a taxi ride anywhere in Tulum is very easy, it's important to note that taxis typically do not accept credit cards. We recommend bringing pesos with you for transportation and other expenses during your stay. Communication: To stay connected and make communication even easier, we recommend downloading WhatsApp before your trip. WhatsApp is widely used in Tulum for messaging and calls, making it a convenient way to stay in touch with each other and coordinate plans. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

We would love for everyone to bring their children to the event. The setup of the property is not conducive for a multi-family setup. If you have specific needs please contact Sydney and Colin.
