Weston and Sydney went to the same school starting in 4th grade, but it wasn’t until high school band class that they really noticed each other. They started off with small conversations here and there, and during marching band season Weston would always volunteer to help Sydney push her marimba to the football field and back. Eventually, with a little encouragement from her mom, Sydney invited Weston to a Wednesday night youth service at her church, Farmington First Baptist. Weston’s mom even offered to drive Sydney and her sister along with Weston and his sister, which quickly became part of the routine. Soon, Wednesday nights meant hanging out at Weston’s house before church and then heading there together. Since then, they’ve gone through high school and college side by side. They’ve grown up together, made so many memories, and supported each other through every season of life. Now, they’re excited to take the next step and spend the rest of their lives together. Maybe they have their moms to thank for this....
