Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:00 pm
Our ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. We kindly ask guests to wear colorful cocktail attire — polished but comfortable! Evenings in September can get chilly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap and wearing sensible shoes for grass. Bus transportation available from Embassy Suites for those staying at the hotels on carrier circle. Pick up at 2:30 p.m. Parking will also be available at Lakeshore Road Elementary School, located just a short 4-minute walk from the ceremony site. Feel free to drop off guests at the ceremony location before parking in the school lot. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! To give everyone a chance to relax and let loose, our wedding will be adults only. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. Cocktail Hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Please join us for cocktail hour at our reception site where there is plenty of parking! We’ll have a seasonal charcuterie board and cocktails waiting! Busses provided for those staying at hotels.
Reception
5:30 pm - 10:45 pm
Two complimentary shuttles will be provided from the reception venue to the hotels. Departure times: 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
