You can! Everything is within 45 minutes between Boise and Caldwell, and there are plenty of Ubers/Lifts, but if you want to explore more, a car would be nice to have!
Depends on what you want to do! The venue is in Nampa, but because everything is close and easy to get to, you cannot go wrong. We did not book a hotel block because there are tons of options between hotels and AirBnBs. If you want more ideas, look at the Travel or Things To Do tabs!
