Will transportation be provided to/from our hotel?
Answer
Yes! We will have a shuttle taking guests to and from the Best Western & Ship and Shore to ceremony/reception space at designated times!

Pick up at Ship & Shore: 4:00pm Pick up at Best Western: 4:25pm Pick up from Ivy House (back to Ship & Shore and Best Western): 11:30 (last shuttle back to hotels)

Where can I park? Can I keep my car at the venue overnight?
Answer
The wedding is off Blue Star Highway. Free parking day and night. You are allowed to leave cars overnight they will just have to be moved by 8am the following morning!

Can I bring a date/plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are children invited?
Answer
We LOVE your little ones- we really do! However, due to many factors including limited space, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception as adult-only event with exception of those in the wedding party, as specified on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family & friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for the evening. Black tie optional. For ladies his includes floor-length, tea-length, midi formal dresses. For the gentlemen this includes a suit & tie, button up shirt, and/or sports coat! No jeans or white (like the bride) attire, please!

Is the ceremony at the same place as the reception?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be in the Greenhouse & reception will be in the event space! They are on the same grounds- walking distance!

Will the ceremony & reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony & reception will both be held indoors. Pending weather on May 20, cocktail hour may be outdoors.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we are able to plan accordingly. Thank you!

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given us and cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope you understand!

What time will the wedding end?
Answer
The bar will close at 11pm sharp & we must be out by 12am! Don't worry, we have the shuttle to take you back to Ship & Shore or Best Western!
