Transportation Info
Due to the venue being in close proximity to BWI airport, there are many hotels available to choose from. Keep in mind that the majority of the hotels do have a daily parking rate. Additionally, please plan accordingly with check-in as our wedding will begin promptly at 4:30pm - close to common hotel check-in times. For travel to the venue, we highly encourage Ubers and Lyfts as they are readily available in the area. There is also a large parking lot available to those who choose to drive. The venue also allows for guests to leave their cars at the venue overnight if need be.

The Westin Baltimore Washington Airport - BWI
- The number of rooms within the wedding block is limited. Once the room block is filled, the link provided will still show other room types that are available. Rooms included in the discounted wedding block are Traditional Kings and Double Queens. - Check-in is at 4pm. The hotel can accommodate early check-in before noon for a fee (given the hotel is not sold out the night before). - Following the wedding reception, you'll find the bride and groom in the hotel lounge / bar area. You are welcome to come hang out if you'd like! FYI to both Pittsburgh and non-Pittsburgh guests, Primanti Brothers is located just 1 mile away from the hotel and is open until 1 AM if you crave a late night snack :)
