The ceremony will be in the tree grove outside, so make sure to bring layers in case of cold weather, and consider an umbrella in case of rain. The ground is soft, so choose boots over heels.
We request you wear earthy colors -- brown, maroon, burgundy, deep orange, yellow ochre, dark green -- to our celebration! Natural fabrics are preferred for photos. We thank you in advance and please reach out if you have questions or concerns. Please arrive early as the road to the venue runs right by the ceremony site, and we would like to avoid cars driving past while the ceremony is happening -- and we really want you there!
Coffee & Cocktail Hour
3:45 pm - 4:45 pm
Gather in the forest by the reception pavilion to eat, drink, and be merry! We will have a traveling espresso machine for lattes and hot apple cider (one per guest). We will also have light spirits such as wine, hard ciders, and beer available as well as non-alcoholic options. Charcuterie treats and other small bites will be available before dinner. When RSVP'ing, please indicate if you will be partaking in alcoholic beverages or not; this will help us decide what we'll need to bring.
Reception
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
A picnic-buffet style feast will be available around 5:00pm! This will be entirely vegetarian and nut-free, with gluten-free options. After dinner, we can dance into the long hours of the night in the forest under the full moon! If it is too cold or rainy, we may gather in the pavilion for dancing instead.
