Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn

We are so excited to have family and friends joining us from near and far! If you’re making a longer trip, we have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn. To access the booking website, click on "View" below. The booking code is REAZWE. Please book your accommodations before October 9, 2024 to enjoy the room block pricing. Transportation will be provided from this hotel to the venue. A shuttle will pick passengers up at this hotel and leave for the venue promptly at 5:40 p.m. There are two shuttle times for returning to the hotel after the wedding: 11:20 p.m. and 12:10 a.m. The shuttle will leave the venue promptly.

Hilton Garden Inn Westbury

We have a secondary room block at the Hilton Garden Inn Westbury. To access the booking website, click on "View" below. We recommend booking at the first hotel (above) if possible. We are not able to provide transportation from this hotel to the venue. In general you should have no problem getting an Uber or Lyft. Please check in with us if you have any transportation questions or concerns!

Transportation Information

Driving: The best way to get around Long Island is by car so we recommend renting a vehicle. Otherwise, car share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available. All cars will be valet parked at the venue. If using GPS, input Old Westbury Golf and Country Club, not the exact address. When you get to the venue, follow the road up to the flagpole (past the golf course and parking lot on your left). Both hotels are about a 15-minute drive to the venue. Flying: Both JFK International and Laguardia Airport are a half-hour drive to either hotel without traffic. But there is always traffic so plan for at least an hour of travel after landing in New York! Train: Roslyn or Greenvale are the Long Island Railroad stations closest to the venue. We recommend calling an Uber of Lyft to take you from the station to the venue.
