Holiday Inn Edmonton South - Evario Events by IHG

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn. Please call to book a room and provide the discount code (FTR); this code cannot be used for online bookings. We will be providing a shuttle between the wedding venue and this hotel. Please make sure that you have selected that you would like to take the shuttle when you RSVP'd to ensure there is enough space for all.

Shuttle

Shuttle between Holiday Inn and Sparrow Lane

February 21, 2026 3:00 pm - 1:00 am

We will be providing a shuttle from the hotel to Sparrow Lane where both the ceremony and reception will take place. The shuttle will pick up at the hotel at 3:00pm and will leave Sparrow Lane around 12:30am to bring everyone back to the hotel at the end of the night. Please note on the RSVP if you would like to take the shuttle. The shuttle is open to both those staying at the hotel, and anyone who lives in Edmonton. If vehicles are left at Sparrow Lane overnight, they must be picked up by 10:00am on Sunday February 22, 2025 or risk being towed. More details regarding the shuttle will be provided once we have final numbers.
