Is there a dress code?
Answer
This will be a semi-formal event, keep in mind we will be having an outdoor ceremony so plan accordingly for the Texas weather. We just ask you reserve the color white for the bride :)

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love children, we will be having an adults only ceremony and reception as we have a strict guest count, so please make plans accordingly!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If your significant other is listed or “and guest” is included on your invitation, yes! We have limited space at the venue and can only accommodate those that are listed on the invitation. As we receive RSVP’s back we may allow more people to bring dates. Until then, please contact the bride or groom!

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
Our registry is included on our website, it is mainly our honeymoon fund and activities to help us have the honeymoon of our dreams. Anything is appreciated!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We will be having a fajita buffet with chicken and steak, if you are allergic to anything please let the catering team know and they will make your plate accordingly. We are unable to make any substitutions.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have listed local Weatherford hotels and Air BnB’s in the travel section of our website. There are also plenty of hotels nearby in Fort Worth. Please make plans to stay in the area if you’re going to be drinking!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
RSVP’s will be due on March 29th at the latest so we can get an accurate head count to our vendors!

When should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 so we request all guests arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to park and find your seats!

Can we post photos?
Answer
YES! We encourage you to take photos (except during the ceremony) and post them on social media, all we ask is that you tag the couple and use their hashtag #FinallyFairbanks
