When my brother, Elijah, started dating Eve, it was very clear that she was a blessing to him. Come to find out, Eve was a blessing to me. She is easy to love and quick to love others. I’ve never met someone as soft and gentle as Eve is, it’s quite impressive and also concerning… All jokes aside, Eve is nothing short of a gift from God. Through all my hardships and struggles she has been there. Her heart, her character, her soul, can simply be described as unconditionally loving and beautiful. It’s an understatement to say what an honor it is to have her by my side.

Ryan Dewater

Ryan has been my best friend since childhood (we're brothers). Growing up we shared many laughs, tears, and possibly blood.... Ryan has never failed to make me laugh, his humor is one of my favorite things about him. I could not imagine having anyone else other than him beside me. It has been a blessing being able to live in the same area as my brother, attend the same college, pursue ministry together and encourage one another along the way. It is simply a gift to be able to list those things.

I met Liana playing volleyball at a young adults group. We bonded over our horrible skills and the fact we were dating brothers. As our friendship continued on, Liana showed me nothing but loyalty, respect and appreciation. Every moment with her has been filled with laughter, silliness, deep meaningful talks and a deep desire to support each other. Our friendship grew even stronger as we decided to marry those brothers…we take sisterhood literal… Besides the jokes, Liana is one of the most genuine, loving people I know. She prioritizes love as she gives it to all and doesn’t hold back. Not only is it an honor to have her beside me but it’s a blessing to be able to call her family.

Mason is one of a kind. Growing up with Mason as my cousin consisted of late-night video games, laughs, and many jokes. There are stories upon stories that I have with him, many filled with humor, some filled with a bit of concern... yet he never failed to make my mood go up as he always brightened the room. Having him as family and beside me on my day is an honor.

Layla Fisher

Layla and I met in college, it was the type of start to a friendship where we related to every aspect of each other lives and quickly became great friends. Throughout our friendship, Layla would constantly tend to my wants and needs. She showed me a selfless type of love. We took a trip to Seattle one time, I was extremely sick with mono breaking out in hives and she took it upon herself to drive the churches van to buy be medicine. She then proceeded to slather me in benadryl cream to help my hives. While this may be a rather gross story it shows just an ounce of how much Layla loves and goes above and beyond for others. She’s nothing short of pureness and beauty, I am beyond grateful to have my best friend with me on our big day!

Kenji Koshiro

Groomsman

I met Kenji when I moved to Vancouver and instantly became friends. We spent 8 years, coming on our 9th year, pursuing ministry together. It started at my dad's church and led to us moving to Kalispell, Montana together to start our own ministry schooling. Our friendship includes praising the Lord, cheering on the Ducks (on a very intense level), playing video games for hours on end and laughing. I am beyond grateful to have Kenji as a friend and an honor to have him as my groomsman.

Jackson Ruff

Ring Bearer

Words to sum up the last 14 years of being siblings with jackson would be chaotic, thrilling, a bit scary, yet rewarding. This wild child has brought a new sense of adventure in my life. Through our numerous arguments and bickering growing up, he has shown me how to live a little, be less serious all the time, and to laugh in the hard moments. In my times of need he always seemed to be there asking to play “would you rather”, or to go walk outside dressed in full military attire, or to buy him a new video game that always ended in me being scammed. Weird as it is, he never failed to cheer me up. It’s an honor to have my little brother be apart of my big day. I love him to pieces.
