Our story began in a Theater Appreciation class at UCA in the spring of 2017. As luck (or maybe fate) would have it, we were randomly assigned to the same group project. Over the next few years, our paths kept crossing, and a friendship naturally grew. We studied together, confided in each other, and—even after life took us to different places—we made it a priority to stay connected. In the spring of 2021, we decided to take a leap and see where dating might take us. At the time, we lived 15 hours apart and only saw each other a few times a year. But with every flight, every long drive, every Airbnb stay, and countless FaceTime calls, the distance slowly got smaller—until we were finally in the same state. Every mile was worth it, because now… we’re getting married! Today, our story includes our dog, Baylor, and lots of baseball. We couldn’t imagine life any other way.
