Most of the rooms are for Friday night, however there are a limited number or rooms saved for Thursday night as well. Rooms at the Cawvey/Gibson rate are first come, first serve so book early, save money and make sure you're around the rest of the party! *Note that rooms at this rate must be booked before April 30! Any unbooked rooms at that point will be released from the block and the discounted rate will no longer apply.*

Flight

Fort Wayne International Airport

FWA will be the closest/most convenient airport to fly into. Detroit, South Bend and Indianapolis are each about 2 hours away, but could be an alternative option if needed!
