Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love it if all guests wore formal ALL black attire. Women can wear any length black dresses, pants suits, etc. For men this includes suits and tuxes. We ask that men wear black undershirts and not white. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm so we ask guests to arrive between 4:30pm-4:45pm and please everyone be seated by 4:50pm. Cocktail hour begins at 5:45, please arrive appropriately. The guest parking is located past the golf courses clubhouse.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event, so no kids will be allowed. We encourage you to use this as a date night!

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will both be held outside. The reception will take place indoors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Yes, of course! We will have QR codes set around the venue and we ask that you upload your photos to this link to share with us.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by April 12th! If we do not hear back from you by then, we will assume that as a decline.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, we please ask that you indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Well of course! There will be two bars inside during the reception, then during cocktail hour there will be an outside bar as well.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and having a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Will there be AC?

Answer

Inside during the reception, the building will be air conditioned. During the outdoor ceremony there will not be.

What if I have a food allergy/intolerance?

Answer

If you have any food allergies or intolerances please text me at 715-949-8044 ASAP! We will coordinate with our chefs to make sure your meal is properly prepared. Thanks!

What if I’m only able to attend the ceremony?

Answer

If you are only able/want to attend the ceremony please text me (Sydney) at 715-949-8044 and let me know asap. I’ll add you to the ceremony only rsvp list so we get the correct head count for dinner!
